Rotary round action rifle/shotgun may be the rarest firearm of the modern era
George Hoenig’s rotary round-action rifle is one of the rarest and most elegant weapons we’ve ever seen.

Functioning as either a double-barreled rifle or a shotgun, Hoenig’s fascinating firearm is perfectly cylindrical and has no levers.

Everything from the action to the assembly/disassembly is absolutely beautiful. The first model was constructed in 1992. Now George and his friends build exactly 5 units every year from their home state of Idaho.
