Holiday Shipping Times
Black Friday / Cyber Monday and the Holiday Month of December are by far our busiest time of the year where we see extremely high order volumes. Please bare with us and give us a few extra days to fulfill your order if it is taking longer than usual. We are working around the clock to make sure all orders are going out within 24-48 hours. Some orders including big knife sets as well as high quantity orders may take a few extra days to process. VIPER TEC KNIVES ORDERS
Viper Tec Knives are made to order. This means the parts to each one must be sorted and then handle assembled / quality checked prior to being packaged up for shipment. Due to extremely high order volumes in our Holiday Season, we are asking for 7-14 days to process certain orders containing Viper Tec / Hendrix OTF Knives. How long will it take to receive my order?
- Please note that most knives are made to order. Once you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days for processing orders. After this, it will take 2-7 business days for delivery in the United States, and 10-30 business days for international orders.
Do we get a tracking number after we order?
- Yes! All orders include tracking. It will automatically be sent to your email you provide us with. Please follow our above question to see when they will be shipped out.
Will you email me when my order is shipped out?
You will get a confirmation email when you have placed your order, and another when your label has been printed. Once you receive the shipping email please allow 24 hours for updates to appear.
How can I pay?
- We currently accept Credit Card, Apple Pay as form of payments on our application (Apple/Android)
Wholesale orders?
- Email support@blade-city.com for bulk orders.
I ordered more than 1 item, why did I receive 1?
When you order multiple items at a time some are shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!
Can I refund or exchange my order?
- Yes! If you are unsatisfied with your order, it can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. All returns must be sent back unused in their original packaging. Once we deem the items as 'resell-able' we will return the funds to your account. Please allow 3-5 business days for funds to appear back on your statement.
Taxes & Duties:
- We are not responsible for international taxes, duties or customs fees, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
What happens if my Balisong Breaks?
Blade City is not responsible for broken Balisongs. Please use them over a soft surface. Thanks!
