1. Legal Responsibility
Blade City Inc. is not responsible for sales or shipments of products into unauthorized or restricted areas. By purchasing any item from Blade City Inc., you agree that you assume full legal responsibility for owning, possessing, and using the item in the jurisdiction to which it is delivered.

It is the buyer’s sole responsibility—not the seller’s—to determine and comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws regarding ownership, possession, and use of any products purchased from Blade City Inc.

The buyer further represents that they are 18 years of age or older and acknowledges that certain products sold by Blade City Inc. can be dangerous if misused. The buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Blade City Inc., its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from improper or unlawful use of any products.

All items are sold for collection and display purposes only and are not intended to be used as weapons.

2. Age & Legal Compliance Verification
By placing an order through Blade City Inc., you verify that you are 18 years or older and aware of all relevant laws governing the possession, carrying, and purchase of the products in your area.
Blade City Inc. will not be held liable for any violation of laws committed by the purchaser. Customers are fully responsible for compliance with all applicable regulations.

3. Customs & International Orders
International orders are shipped at the customer’s own risk. By placing an international order, you accept full responsibility for potential confiscation or return by customs authorities.

If items are seized or returned by customs, the customer remains responsible for all shipping costs, including return shipping. Blade City Inc. is not responsible for confiscated items.
If merchandise is returned to us, a refund may be issued minus all shipping charges.

4. Release, Assumption of Risk, and Waiver of Liability
Blade City Inc. makes no warranty that any person or company may legally sell, purchase, possess, or carry any items offered in their jurisdiction. This includes, but is not limited to: pocket knives, switchblades, knuckle knives, concealed blades, and double-edged blades.

The buyer warrants compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and assumes all risk associated with the purchase, handling, or use of any items.

Knives and similar products can be dangerous if improperly handled. Keep out of the reach of children. We strongly discourage the sale of any items to minors without parental consent.

5. Prohibited Uses
(a) You may only use the Blade City website and products for lawful purposes.
(b) You may not use the site or products to:

  • Harass, intimidate, threaten, or defame any individual

  • Engage in illegal, obscene, or harmful conduct

  • Violate any applicable laws, rules, or regulations

(c) You may not copy, alter, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Blade City’s website, products, trademarks, trade dress, images, or other intellectual property.

(d) Except as expressly stated, no rights or licenses are granted. All rights are reserved by Blade City Inc.

6. Orders & Age Restrictions
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase any knife product and 21 years old to purchase any restricted item. Restricted products are clearly labeled on the website.

You are solely responsible for verifying the legality of purchasing, owning, or carrying any item in your jurisdiction.

7. Product Safety Disclaimer
Blade City Inc. assumes no liability for the misuse, abuse, or improper handling of any product.
All products are tested and inspected under strict quality control standards; however, the buyer assumes full responsibility for proper use and supervision of all products, especially knives or sharp tools.

All prices, product details, and specifications are subject to change without notice.

9. Website Use & Acceptance
By accessing or using the Blade City website, you acknowledge that your use is governed by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws. By proceeding with your purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.
