Thermic Tactical Knives

Thermic Tactical is the everyday-carry knife brand from Poikilo Blade, the makers of the Mundus, Orca and Casque. It was launched as Thermal Tactical and renamed Thermic Tactical in 2026, so if you came here looking for Thermal Tactical knives, these are the same knives, the same TASKnives designs and the same Poikilo build quality under the new name. Every model runs a Böhler M390 blade hardened to 60–62 HRC, giving you the edge retention and corrosion resistance of a high-end super steel in a production pocket knife priced from $130 to $225.

The lineup covers three families. The Ambient series is the slim all-rounder: 3.7"–4" drop points in slotted, tri-hole or textured G10 with liner locks or a button lock. The Plasma series is the showpiece, with brass-inlaid G10 or Micarta handles under a 3.9" spear point, a 3.7" tanto or a 3.9" drop point. The SubZero series is built for work, from the compact 3.4" button-lock SubZero B to the 3.6" sheepsfoot and 3.8" clip point on the TASK Lock, TASKnives' own button-actuated lock. Each Thermic Tactical (Thermal Tactical) knife comes in four handle colors with a stonewashed or blackwashed blade, a deep-carry clip, a presentation box and a carry pouch, and ships fast from Blade City in Miami.
