The Thermic Tactical Plasma 2026A is the flagship of the Plasma line: a needle-sharp spear point blade with a long swedge, riding in a contoured handle set with a machined brass inlay that catches the light against the dark scales. It is a knife that looks as serious as it cuts.
Designed by TASKnives for Poikilo Blade's Thermic Tactical line, it runs a 3.9" blade of Böhler M390 stainless, hardened to 60-62 HRC, so the edge holds up to daily use and shrugs off rust. The blade stock is 0.160" thick, the knife measures 9.0" open with a 5.1" handle, and it locks up on the TASK Lock.
Lock-up is the TASK Lock (a button-actuated lock from designer TASKnives), so the blade can be opened with the thumb stud or flipper tab and closed with one press, fingers clear of the edge. The tumbled wash finish carries across the blade and hardware for a scratch-hiding look, and purple-anodized accents peek out from the backspacer.
Handle options are Black or Ivory G10 and Blue or Desert Tan Micarta, each with the brass inlay and a deep-carry Thermic Tactical pocket clip.
Ships in Thermic Tactical's magnetic-close presentation box with a snap-flap nylon carry pouch. Each color comes with either a stonewashed or a blackwashed blade, shown in the photos for that color. Pick your color below.
