RETURNS
Our return policy covers 30 days from the date of purchase in accordance with our warranty.
After 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund, replacement, or exchange.
Please note that because many of our items are handcrafted, minor imperfections are normal and not considered defects.
Any alteration or modification to a product will immediately void the warranty.
If you believe your item has a legitimate issue, please contact us by email and include clear photos of your concern for review.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
CANCELLATIONS (BEFORE SHIPMENT)
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us by email or phone immediately.
Cancellations can only be processed before your order has shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to guarantee cancellation due to carrier processing speed.
REFUNDS
To be eligible for a refund, your returned item must be received by our warehouse in unused and original condition.
All returns undergo a quality inspection before a refund is issued.
Once approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your financial institution to post the credit.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund:

Only regular-priced products are eligible for refunds.
All sale or discounted items are final and cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES & REPLACEMENTS
All exchange or replacement requests must be made within our 30-day warranty period by emailing support@blade-city.com.
To qualify, the original item must be unused and in its received condition.
If you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos for further evaluation.
