The Thermic Tactical Plasma 2026B swaps the Plasma's spear point for a tanto blade with a reinforced tip and a hard secondary point for piercing and scraping. The handle is the same contoured platform set with a machined brass inlay, so the knife keeps the Plasma's distinctive two-tone look.
Designed by TASKnives for Poikilo Blade's Thermic Tactical line, it runs a 3.7" blade of Böhler M390 stainless, hardened to 60-62 HRC, so the edge holds up to daily use and shrugs off rust. The blade stock is 0.160" thick, the knife measures 8.9" open with a 5.2" handle, and it locks up on the TASK Lock.
The TASK Lock (a button-actuated lock from designer TASKnives) handles lock-up: open it with the thumb stud or flipper tab, close it with one press without putting a finger in the blade path. The washed finish on the blade and hardware is built to hide wear, and purple-anodized accents show at the backspacer.
Available in Black or Ivory G10 and Blue or Desert Tan Micarta, with a deep-carry Thermic Tactical pocket clip.
Ships in Thermic Tactical's magnetic-close presentation box with a snap-flap nylon carry pouch. Each color comes with either a stonewashed or a blackwashed blade, shown in the photos for that color. Pick your color below.
