The knife Wes exactly what I expected. However, the "In Stock, Ships today" not so much. Nor was the extra money I spent on the "1 - 3 day shipping". It was ordered on Dec. 6, Shipping label "prepared", not received yet, but prepared at 8:52pm on the 14th. I received it on the 18th. That was a far cry from "Ships today and 1-3 day shipping."

This Viper-Tec OTF feels very durable and seems to have a powerful spring. The knife comes with a glass breaker that is more prominent than most knives and a diamond patterned grip which makes it feel sturdy whilst still being comfortable. My only complaint is that the knife arrived with scuffs in the clip though I do not believe these scuffs will mess with the integrity.

This is my all time favorite knife! I carry it every day. The one handed operation is super convenient when working and the belt clip is easy to re-secure the knife. The placement of the thumb switch is much better than models that have it on the side of the handle where it can dig into your leg while pocketed. I have been so Impressed I came back and bought the Ghost model.

Solid feel not requiring too much pressure to open or close. Didn't give it 5 stars because a little too much give on the blade. Overall a good knife with the cool factor and the warranty is nice too assuming company stays in business.

I purchased two different Vipertect OTF knives. Of the two this Blue Phantom is the better. While the Venom is quality, this is a step above and very sharp! Worth the extra money! Amazing quality and Blade City impressed me with great service and customer care

The knife is a great starter otf. Well built almost like a tank in my opinion. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is the sharpness of the knife. Usually at the price point it should be able to cut hair on your arm or be able to go through paper.

I ordered the Blue Phantom OTF. It is by far the sharpest knife I have ever had. Comes razor Sharp out of the box, you can literally shave with it. Strong Construction and durable. Super fast shipping.

Great product and customer service
I recently ordered the blue phantom and upon receiving end it didn’t work right out of the box. I called them on the phone, explained that I was sending it back and that it just didn’t work. After communicating to them on the phone; it didn’t seem like a big deal and this type of thing happens. The customer service people were really cool and explained that they would send out a new one right away and even included a little something special. I Receive the new one and it works perfectly right out of the box. I couldn’t be happier. Oh, and the little something special was a mini knife that goes on my keychain for which I was never expecting. At the end of the day, I got exactly what I was paying for but receive much more with the mini knife and a positive customer experience.

Very happy with this knife. My first OTF and this thing is built like a tank! The first thing you notice is the weight, its a very solidly built knife. Next is the speed, super fast! The lock up on opening and closing is very positive. Its a knife that makes you feel confident in its abilities. It looks very nice, very well built but also very modernly classy. I live the blue color. The blade comes very sharp so be careful. I love this knife and am already thinking about ordering a different Viper-Tec OTF. Blade City had awesome quick service too as well as a great selection of knives. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

It was way better than I expected tho if you retract the blade while swinging it loosens the blade and becomes useless tho it is fixable. But all in all its a great blade.

It is a great blade. It works wonderfully at anything I've put it to. It does need to be sharpened semi-regularly, but then again I use it multiple times a day. It feels great in the hand with little wiggle in the blade mechanism when extended, which is to be expected with most all OTF knives.

Just got my Blue Phantom in the mail and immediately took it outside to see what it can do and it definitely didn't disappoint!! Knife is very well made and the spring action is quick and smooth. Awesome knife
This knife is heavier than I expected, which I like. It has a very snappy, positive, and sound of authority when opening and closing. The belt clip is very stout and stays put, until you want it which seams to be a weak link in previous knives. If you want a stout impressive OTF for the money, get one.

I have been treated really good I ordered 2 knifes before Christmas and they got lost and I called and talk to someone and he sent me 2 more bigger ones so I have 5 of the one OFT and 5 of the Micro little ones and I gave them out to my friends and they love them but I have been treated great and I tell everyone that they are the place to buy your knives from so before you listen to someone about the service try them out for yourself and you will be treated great
