8-year-old competitive shooter could teach adults a thing or two

Take a look at the video below and you’ll see a perfect example of parenting done right.

Meet Addy, an 8-year-old girl who’s already active on the Junior Competitive Shooter scene.

In this video she’s working with a Ruger SR22 with a 3.5″ barrel in .22 lr at the Lone Star Handgun shooting range in Converse, Texas.

Notice how quickly that trigger finger snaps up to the slide before she makes each transition. Her body position and safety awareness are absolutely excellent.

This little girl has a bright future ahead of her. Her parents posted this video to her Facebook page ‘Alpha Addy Junior Competitive Shooter.’
