Carbon fiber slugs punch holes through body armor

Jeff from TAOFLEDERMAUS has a trio of custom carbon-fiber shotgun slugs in this weeks experimental video.

These slugs are not for sale, but the experiment below shows their incredible potential against a threat wearing body armor.

This is the first time TAOFLEDERMAUS has worked with a slug made from carbon fiber, so he wasn’t sure what to expect.

These particular slugs were made by Tim, the Ballistic Machinist, and were both expensive and time consuming to make.
