Firing ammo that’s almost 100-years-old, twenty rounds of .45 ACP made in 1918

YouTuber Yukon12gauge got his hands on two boxes of .45 ACP that are nearly 100-years-old.

A local gunshop found a large cache of ammunition in an old surplus shop, and this guy was lucky enough to acquire a pair of 20 round boxes made in 1918.

One box was kept for posterity, while the other was taken to the range for an empirical test.

To the shooter’s surprise, the rounds fired without issue.
