Let’s Do A Comparison Of The Henry Big Boy X Versus The Rossi R 92 Both Chambered In .357 Mag

henry big boy vs rossi r 92

Today in the video below, Craig is going to show you both, the Henry Big Boy Model X and the Rossi R92, both are chambered in .357 magnum. He says that they are both fun to shoot and although they’re in different price brackets, both rifles are definitely worth your time to check-out. The Henry Big Boy X is very solid and well refined, while the Rossi R92 is a little bit lighter and just a little more ‘budget friendly’.

I think it all comes down to 2 things, personal preference and budget. There are some folks out there who are just die-hard Henry fans and to them, there isn’t another lever action rifle that stands up to a Henry. I am going to place links to both Henry and Rossi so that you can do your own comparison and make your own decision as to which rile best suits your needs and wants.

First here is a little about the Henry:

Creating the mold and then breaking out of it is something that we take great pride in. It’s how we progress and continue pushing the boundaries of what lever actions are capable of. The Big Boy X Model does just that and marks an evolutionary step in a product line with quite the pedigree. Modern hunters and shooters need a robust platform with the versatility to perform several different jobs and the X Model provides it right out of the box. Providing an elegant accent to the polished black receiver, barrel, and magazine tube finish are gold finish barrel bands, hammer, trigger, lever and buttplate.
