I use the swords to pick up trash at work and home. I also use the larger one to work in my garden, because at age 70, I have trouble bending down and more trouble getting back up.

All I can say it wow. I love the engraving on the swords,the texture and the grip of the swords are well worth it... I will definitely purchase other swords

Sharp enough to get the job done, but not amazingly sharp. But for a sword, this works. Otherwise simple and pretty. Bang for the buck, what else can you ask for?

The blade is sharp and very clean, the Japanese inscription near the base adds a nice flare to the design. The only thing I would suggest changing is the wrapping around the handle since it becomes undone fairly easily. Other than that the swords are perfect for those who prefer to use dual blades.

The blade is awesome and would recommend it too purchase it if your a collector or just to have it!!!

For $29 I'm actually quite surprised how get the blade is. It's sharp and it looks amazing. The reason why it isn't five stars is because a little bit of the coloring was messed up on the blades and the handle isn't made very well. You won't be able to hold this and use it for a long time or your fingers will start to hurt. At least that's what happened to me.

Good quality for the price point. Will continue to shop BladeCity for future purchases. I like the 'package' deals.
