The Custom Knife Factory Trueman is a collaboration with designer Pavel Pozdnyakov, and this blacked-out edition pairs a DLC-coated M398 drop point blade with a DLC titanium handle and matching DLC titanium overlay. It is the stealthiest way to carry the Trueman.
The 3.6" drop point blade is cut from Böhler M398, a powder-metallurgy stainless steel built for exceptional edge retention, then finished in a hard DLC coating that adds scratch and corrosion resistance. The handle is a titanium frame finished in DLC, with a two-tone DLC titanium overlay across the front of the handle for subtle contrast. A blacked-out pocket clip, black hardware and a textured pivot collar complete the look.
The blade deploys with a flipper tab, and at 4.4 oz and 8" overall the Trueman carries as a full-size EDC folder without feeling bulky. A sleek, all-black addition to any premium collection.
