The 3.75" upswept blade gives you a long, sweeping belly that slices through rope, cardboard and game-dressing chores with very little effort, and the tip stays high and out of the way for controlled work. D2 is a semi-stainless tool steel hardened to 58-60 HRC, so it holds a working edge noticeably longer than the budget stainless you usually find at this price, and the bead blast finish keeps glare down while hiding scratches.

Black G-10 scales are machined with a light texture and sculpted into a forward-swept grip with a deep finger choil, so the knife locks into your hand whether you are cutting with the edge down or pinching the blade for detail work. At 0.12" of blade stock the D3052GB stays thin enough behind the edge to cut well while keeping plenty of spine strength.
