The Kizer Begleiter 2.9 V3458.2BDA8 brings back Azo's classic gentleman's folder in a compact 2026 form, with a sunset PVD BD1N drop point blade set against black vortex pattern Micarta scales.
The 2.97" drop point is flat ground from 0.098" stock, so it slices cleanly and is easy to touch up. BD1N is a nitrogen-enhanced stainless steel with good hardness, edge retention and corrosion resistance, and the warm sunset PVD coating gives the blade a bronze tone that stands out against the dark handle.
Black vortex Micarta scales add grippy texture and a swirling pattern that wears in with carry. The slim 4.06" handle and a reversible deep carry clip make it an easy carry in a jeans or suit pocket.
It deploys with a thumb stud and locks with the Kizer Button Liner Lock™: a liner lock released by a button at the pivot, so you can close it one-handed without putting your thumb in the blade path. The button also makes it a satisfying knife to fidget with.
