The Kizer Drop Bear Zero Ki3619BDA1 takes Azo's best-selling compact Drop Bear and strips it back to the essentials: a 3.10" hollow-ground Elmax drop point blade in a screwless dark gray aluminum handle, run on the Kizer Button Liner Lock.

Elmax is a Swedish powder-metallurgy stainless from Bohler-Uddeholm, prized for pairing long edge retention with a toughness and ease of sharpening that make it a favorite of working EDC users. Here it is hardened to 60-62 HRC, hollow ground for a thin, aggressive edge that glides through cardboard, tape and food prep, and finished in a matte DLC Ultra coating rated at 2200-2500 HV, which adds serious scratch and corrosion protection and gives the blade a stealthy black look.

The "Zero" name comes from the show side: no visible screws, just a smooth CNC-machined, anodized aluminum slab that feels seamless in the hand. The contoured frame settles into a full four-finger grip, multi-stage jimping on the spine gives your thumb a sure purchase, and blue hardware adds a subtle accent. A lanyard hole is hidden in the backspacer to keep the clean look intact.

Thumb studs flick the blade out, and the enlarged semi-circular button of the Kizer Button Liner Lock makes one-handed closing smooth and controlled, while the liner locks up solid in use. A tail-mounted reversible pocket clip carries it deep and discreet for left- or right-hand users. At about 3.5 oz, it is a refined everyday carry that earns its pocket space.
