The Kizer Durandal K3765BD3 takes Gabor Hajagos' compound-ground workhorse in the opposite direction from its blacked-out sibling: a bright satin S35VN drop point, silver-milled aluminum bolsters and deep violet FatCarbon Purple Haze inlays.

A 3.45" drop point with a compound grind does double duty, a thin, keen edge for food, tape and cordage, plus a thicker, reinforced tip for the jobs no one plans for. The CPM-S35VN blade is heat treated to 60-62 HRC and finished satin, so the grind lines and the swedge stay visible instead of disappearing under a coating.

Sunray-machined aluminum handle slabs catch the light around FatCarbon Purple Haze panels, whose purple-to-magenta layers shift as the knife moves. Purple anodized hardware and thumb studs carry the theme, and 4.42" of handle gives a full four-finger grip at 3.96oz.

The Kizer Button Liner Lock™ gives it that addictive open-and-drop action, the deep-carry non-reversible clip keeps it discreet, and the gray-and-multicolor treatment makes this the loudest, most collectible of the two Durandal colorways.
