The Reate Knives Remedy is a Liong Mah design executed with Reate's signature precision: a slim, gentleman's-style flipper that still carries a full-size 3.85″ blade. This configuration pairs a satin DLC Elmax drop-point blade with striking Blue Glass FatCarbon handle scales, a black hardware package, and a matching black pocket clip.
The blade is ground from Bohler-Uddeholm Elmax, a powder stainless steel known for excellent edge retention, toughness, and corrosion resistance, then finished in satin under a black DLC coating for a deep, low-glare look that resists wear. The classic drop-point profile and thin 0.119″ stock make it a superb slicer for everyday tasks.
The FatCarbon Glass scales are a layered carbon fiber and glass-fiber composite that is featherlight, strong, and shimmers with depth as it catches the light. A crisp flipper tab deploys the blade on bearings with the glass-smooth action Reate is known for, and the frame lock locks up solid. At just 3.84 oz, the Remedy disappears in the pocket.
