This is a monster of a blade. It’s big, surly, nasty and mean - everything I want in a balisong. The blade is so thick that it’s going to be able to take some real hard beatings. All in all, I love this knife. Since getting it, I’ve carried it everywhere.

Very fun to play with and well crafted balisong. It’s stiff at first, I recommend adding WD-40 on the hinges. *VERY SHARP* trust I accidentally cut myself with it.

runs great i have had mine for about a year and the only thing that happened was my top pin fell out but fixed it with superglue lol. have to tighten the screws sometimes but i absolutely Love it <3

Love the blade smooth out the box broke in 15 mins....BUT! is a flaw in the design, closing the latch pushes the blade against a bolt making a dent on the sharpened blade. GRRRRR

Quite decent and delivered within a week. It has a nice weight to it, flipping it around has been pretty smooth. I’d recommend it as a starter if you want something cheap. The blade itself is pretty sharp, i’ve cut myself twice the first time i used it. Only con is that the bolts were pretty loose and it needed to be tightened and it becomes loose over time as you use it so it’ll need to be continuously tightened, which isnt a biggie to me since it’s inexpensive. 8/10 for me :)

Just got one of these bad boys in the mail, and I'm very happy with both its looks, and its sharpness right out of the package. I do, however, have one issue with it, in that the bite handle is pretty stiff. I'm hoping that a combination of proper oiling, and playing with it enough will eventually loosen it up. The safe handle was stiff for a few minutes too, after all. So I'm feeling uncharacteristically optimistic hehe

Perfect butterfly knife
Weight is perfect with smooth handles and slick look. This knife rotates great when opening with free motion that doesn’t slow when flipping. I would recommend this knife to anyone who appreciates the art of knife handling

Plastic handle with what looks like a Teflon hinge mechanism. This does not provide a smooth flipping experience. I cannot recommend this knife. I can get higher quality $15 cheaper at a local cigar/head shop.

Overall a very nice knife for someone who is willing to practice flipping, but do be careful as it is very sharp and heavy. Even the dull side can cut you. I am happy with the purchase and will be looking to purchase another balisong in the future.

Nice weight and and edge. I have the band aids to prove it. As with second balisong purchase and others ordered (from other sites), the tolerances tend to relax due to the screws backing out. Quick fix with sum loctite. Adjusted to preference, they hvnt moved since. So smooth.

This is a great little knife to tinker with. As said, it comes razor sharp (I literally shaved a part of my face with it to test). Obviously, in the $30-$40 range, the fasteners do needed to be given a good locktite treatment. If you are picky, it could also use some 400+ grit sandpaper and some precision files. I'm planning on buying a few more to play around with heat treating and totally replacing all the connecters with hardened steel or titanium.

Very smooth knife, the screws are getting loose though, but nothing retightening can’t fix. The blade also comes extremely sharp. To be honest I did not have high expectations for this butterfly knife, but it actually flips great.

The screws start to fall out of the joint *very* quickly, I was having to tighten them after every 5 minutes of use. but after I put some locktight on the threads that problem was solved, otherwise 5 stars

Knife is wonderful. Nice and sharp. Love that it comes with a sheath. The only issue I'm having is the screws get loose after opening and shutting it a few times. Which leaves a little wiggle. Haven't had it fall apart but that's what I'm afraid of. Blade flying somewhere or at something. But all in all a good knife to learn tricks

Had to Fix But...
Out of the box, the blade was backwards. The sharp side was facing the safe handle and the safe side facing the bite handle. Luckily, it had screws, so I was able to fix it. Other than having to fix it, myself, I would have given it five stars. Flips pretty good, though. Not extremely sharp, but a good flipping balisong for the price. Looks awesome too. I love the blade and handle style.
